- notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
We may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, impersonation, security compromise or violation of these Terms.

Joining the Campaign is voluntary. Membership registration does not automatically confer:
- employment;
- government appointment;
- political office;
- financial entitlement;
- professional accreditation;

A membership ID identifies participation in the Campaign’s membership system.

The Campaign may require verification before granting certain privileges.

- used to represent another person.
The Campaign may invalidate an ID where it was generated fraudulently, obtained through impersonation, or associated with a revoked membership.
7. Sankalp / Digital Pledge
The Sankalp feature provides an opportunity for individuals to express voluntary support for the Campaign.
A digital Sankalp:
- does not constitute a legal contract to undertake medical treatment;
- does not constitute a medical intervention;
- does not guarantee personal or social outcomes;
- does not make the participant a Campaign employee.
Campaign statistics relating to Sankalps may be displayed only in accordance with the Campaign’s verification and privacy rules.
8. Volunteer and Programme Participation
Participation in volunteer programmes, youth workshops, Mahila Engagement programmes, Campus Ambassador activities, NGO programmes, professional programmes and other Campaign activities may require approval.
Approval may be:
- conditional;
- time-limited;
- programme-specific;
- subject to verification.
Participation can be suspended or terminated where required for safety, integrity, safeguarding or compliance.
9. Events
Event information may include:
- date;
- time;

The Campaign may modify, postpone or cancel an event where necessary due to:
- weather;
- public safety;
- venue availability;
- government directions;
- operational circumstances;
- security concerns;
- other legitimate reasons.
Where reasonably possible, material changes will be communicated to registered participants.
10. QR Tickets and Attendance
Where an event uses QR registration or attendance verification:
- the QR code may be linked to a registration record;
- attendance may be recorded when the code is scanned;

A certificate may be revoked where:
- it was issued in error;
- participation was fraudulent;
- identity information was materially falsified;
- the underlying membership or participation was revoked;
- the certificate was manipulated or fraudulently reproduced.
Certificate authenticity should be verified through the official Website’s verification system.
12. Rehabilitation Centre Directory
The Website may publish information about government, private and NGO-operated rehabilitation centres. The directory is intended to help users locate potential sources of assistance.
The Campaign does not guarantee:
- admission;
- treatment outcomes;
- availability of beds;
- fees;
- quality of care;
- medical outcomes;
- staffing;
- licensing beyond the status specifically identified;
- conduct of an independent centre.
A private or NGO listing must not be interpreted as government endorsement.
Users should independently confirm current availability, admission requirements, fees and treatment arrangements before relying on a centre. Only information that meets the Campaign’s applicable verification requirements should be presented as verified.
13. Helpline Information
Government, national or other helpline numbers may be displayed on the Website. Users should verify time-sensitive information where appropriate.
The Campaign does not guarantee that an external helpline will always be available, answer immediately or provide a particular outcome. For immediate emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency service.

- disease;
- recovery;

15. Doctors and Professional Opinions
Opinions published under “Doctor Speaks Bihar” or similar sections represent the views of the identified professional unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. Government Data and Circulars
The Website may reproduce, summarise or link to government:
- circulars;
- notifications;
- reports;
- datasets;
- health information;

Statistics published by the Website may originate from:
- NCRB;
- Government of India;
- Government of Bihar;

The Campaign will seek to identify the source and reporting period. Statistics should not be interpreted as an exact measure of every individual affected by substance use. Differences in methodology, reporting periods and definitions can affect comparisons between datasets.
18. User-Submitted Content
Users may submit:
- articles;
- photographs;
- videos;
- activity reports;
- stories;

- moderation;
- Campaign integrity;
- prevention of fraud or abuse.
Verification does not mean that the Campaign guarantees every underlying factual statement indefinitely.
20. Recovery Stories
Recovery stories may be submitted voluntarily. Publication may require separate consent. Once a story is publicly published, it may be viewed, copied, indexed or shared by third parties beyond the Campaign’s control. Individuals should carefully consider the consequences of publicly sharing sensitive recovery information.
21. Rehabilitation Centre Reports
Users may report:
- incorrect phone numbers;
